Protect the seal

Keep sachets away from sharp objects, excessive heat and moisture, and follow the storage conditions on the released label. Do not use a pack with a damaged or open seal.

Check before travel

Transport and destination rules can differ. Check the current requirements for your carrier and destination rather than assuming any food powder is accepted everywhere.

Know the quantity basis

The original Innovateine format specifies 3 g of creatine monohydrate ingredient per sachet. Ingredient weight and the amount of anhydrous creatine are different measurements. Follow the final released label rather than directions from a different product.
